The new generation of LED parallel light exposure machine uses imported core light source system. The UVLED light source exposure machine was developed for the first time from 2007. The latest UVLED exposure machine uses 220V power supply, plug and play. It does not need air-conditioning water tower. It is equipped with precise double aspheric quartz lens, so that the light parallel half angle is less than 2 (>45 degree for ordinary water cooler). The line resolution can be up to 50UM / UM (common machine is 100UM / UM); no infrared thermal radiation, avoiding film expansion and shrinkage, ensuring the quality of image transfer. Because there is almost no light attenuation, the stability of the process is enhanced, the qualified rate of the product is increased, and no polluted ozone is produced, which is environmentally friendly. It is the ideal upgrading product of the ordinary mercury lamp exposure machine used in PCB production at present. The exposure cost will be greatly reduced by using LED light source.
